Christina Jackson

As a founding partner of The Tiger Mountain Center For Acupuncture, Christina has been treating patients for nearly 12 years, bringing enormous dedication and enthusiasm to her practice.

Christina sees patients with a wide range of health concerns and diverse backgrounds. She specializes in OB/GYN issues including: menopause, pain or nausea in pregnancy, post partum depression, PMS, menstrual pain, fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, ovarian cysts, and fertility. In addition to gynecology, Christina has a general practice and frequently treats acute and chronic pain syndromes, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, as well as a variety of digestive and other internal medical issues. She especially enjoys the challenge of complex cases.

In 1998, Christina was the first acupuncturist practicing on staff at a fertility clinic in the Seattle area. She has taught courses on the treatment of infertility at The Jade Institute, (www.jadeinstitute.com), The Northwest Institute of Oriental Medicine, and The Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine (www.siom.edu). She also provides mentorship to students and new practitioners.

Christina works in collaboration with her patients by engaging them to be active participants in their own healing process. Because she believes that informed people have a greater chance of achieving health and well-being, Christina educates her patients about their health issues, healthcare options, dietary and lifestyle choices.

Christina is a professional member of RESOLVE, The American Society of Reproductive medicine, and The National Alliance for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Christina is board certified by The National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists (NCCAOM) in both acupuncture and Chinese herbology. She is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Washington. She completed her studies in Acupuncture and Chinese herbology from The Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 1995. She lives in the Snoqualmie Valley with her husband and daughter.
